Julie C. Kuliecza

Ms. Kuliecza has worked with Rawls & McNelis since 2007 almost exclusively in the area of medical malpractice. Prior to Rawls & McNelis, Ms. Kuliecza was employed as a criminal law paralegal at the law firm of Benjamin and Desportes. In addition, Ms. Kuliecza was employed as the Legislative Assistant to Virginia State Senator Patricia Ticer.
