If you or a loved one received a diagnosis of any type at the Fayetteville VA Medical Center over the last few years, you might be receiving an “Institutional Disclosure” letter from the VA.
It turns out that one of their doctors, a pathologist, was found by the VA to be “impaired” and was removed from the hospital.
The VA’s investigation has turned over more than 1,100 medical errors by this doctor.
Only 11 of the Institutional Disclosures have been sent to patients so far.
