Duke is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Philosophy at Columbia University in New York. He is thinking about attending law school after graduation.
During his time in the Green Berets, Duke deployed to Columbia and Honduras as a part of the ongoing counter-narcotics effort in Central and South America. He was also in Afghanistan as a member of the NATO Resolute Support Mission.
Duke is a Richmond native. His interest in the law is for all the right reasons. Hopefully, his time with us will give him some good insights - and perhaps even some inspiration.
Representing veterans and military families is one of our core practices. We handle FTCA malpractice cases nationwide. That’s something we have done since 1999. We’re good at it too - although I guess my opinion is a rather biased one.
